Fight against childrens poverty in Germany

The german media company RTL initiated the "Foundation RTL - we help children e.V." to assist socially disadvantaged children and young people in Germany. Since 2009 RTL has established several children's homes in Germany. In these centres, children and teenagers receive tutoring assistance in addition to a balanced meal, loving care, and are encouraged through creative play and learning opportunities.

Since 2013 the GBI Deutschland association supported the RTL Foundation, “We help children” with their donations.
In 2020 the german GBI participants will raise funds for a childrens home in Frankfurt. German TV presenter Jana Azizi proudly presented the donation cheque at the final ceremony of the GBI Europe tour 2020 in Frankfurt.
